How to fit Raman data using Gaussian Function

Baseline correction of Raman data via origin software.
You can also do this, just follow the instructions (1-12) below

1. First plot the graph in origin.

2. Then click on ANALYSIS (menu bar)

3. In ANALYSIS you go on SMOOTHING

4. IN SMOOTHING go for ADJACENT AVERAGING. Put adjacent

    Averaging=10.

5. As you put adjacent averaging equal to 10, red color will appear in the plot.

6. Double click on red color plot. Worksheet data will come. Plot the graph once

    again with this data.

7. Now go to TOOLS on the menu bar.

8. There you will see BASELINE

9. Here you see user defined equation put y=0 or any other parameter seeing the   

    data.

10. Then see there in bottom edit baseline. Here you click on subtract.

11. After that again you double click on the data.

12. Go to the data and delete it with right click.
